  Community Caregivers of Green, Inc

Community Caregivers was established in 1998 and in the past decade has provided over 750,000 hours of dedicated and professional service. Although many choices for homecare exist in the area a few things stand out and we are proud to say we think we should be the number one choice.

Continuity of care: we build a relationship of trust and rapport to make that match between caregiver and client to be as strong as possible. With time permitted cases our scheduled one month in advance to ensure the same caregivers stay with the same client.

True qualified case managers: we have RN’s and LPN’s on staff for initial client assessment and ongoing evaluation. This service is to develop a personal care plan based on our cleint’s specific needs at no extra charge.

In-House Certification: Our caregivers are trained in-house through our patented Home Health Aide Certification Class which is approved through the Ohio Department of Aging and taught by our nursing staff with over 72 hours of class and hands on study.

Passport Certification: Contracted with the Area Agency on Aging to participate in the Passport Program.
